The work

AXIOMERIS brings together my interests in data, machine learning, and the study of complex systems. I am developing the research practice behind this work: careful questions, useful experiments, and clear communication. For now, this is a public introduction to that direction.

Questions guiding the research

01

What makes a computational result useful beyond its original setting?

02

How can research make the limits of a method easier to understand?

A visual perspective.

An illustration of the subject, rather than an implementation diagram.

DATA / INTELLIGENCE / SYSTEMS

Research connections

Intersecting disciplines around a shared question: data, intelligence, and systems. A conceptual map of the research agenda.

Principles for the work

A clear question gives an experiment a purpose.

Assumptions and limitations belong alongside a result.
